A final interview given online in the morning of “Friday 20th March”, the International Day of Francophonie, celebrated in most French Speaking Countries around the world, like in Seychelles. French language is now the 4th most spoken on Earth, with nearly 400 Million “francophones” around the planet. French is an official teaching language at school in 36 countries (nearly 1/5 of all nations) !
It was an honour for us to celebrate this special day in the Seychelles with our first ever concert including 18 songs on our SET LIST, but none in English. We only sang in French and Creole… A joyful memory of a special day, with great culinary treats, four local Seychellois bands opening for TCS and FabJazz.
We had to be invited in the Seychelles to celebrate “la langue française”… as our first album “KALEIDOSCOPE!” was an hommage in French+Creole to Mauritius !
