On the afternoon of the Alliance Française Culinary & Cultural Festival, we were interviewed in English by a lovely Seychellois artistic journalist. In between soundcheck and the opening bands, H. S. SIU, presented the second edition of the AFS Festival on their grounds at the foot of the Mount Buxton suburb of the Capital City, Victoria.
